Lead Security Governance Partner

Job Summary

Leading identity governance initiatives, the full-time Lead Security Governance Partner will ensure technology decisions align with business strategy and regulatory requirements while managing cybersecurity frameworks and risk assessments in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines for compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to document and manage security-related controls and coordinates with legal for data privacy compliance
• Leads complex identity governance initiatives, including access certification campaigns and governance oversight for directory environments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM security, or related technology control functions, preferably in a regulated environment
• Advanced working knowledge of AD, Entra ID, Okta, IGA platforms, and risk-based control design
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience with AI governance and non-human identity governance
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are preferred
