Job Summary
To support a large enterprise healthcare program, the fully remote Lead & Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain data connectors and pipelines from various systems into Snowflake on Azure, ensuring data quality and repeatability for client onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines from enterprise source systems to Snowflake, ensuring data is clean and trusted
- Collaborate with client architects to define data contracts, acceptance criteria, and oversee the technical direction of the pod
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and reconciliation while managing sensitive data under regulatory controls
Required qualifications
- Experience integrating messy enterprise source systems in production environments
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Knowledge of data contracts, versioned schemas, and data quality management
- Experience with regulated data handling, particularly under PHI/PII controls
- Familiarity with Azure services, including storage and infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep)
