Lead ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to work in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hub locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Confer with clients to understand information processing needs and system requirements
- Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization to enhance compatibility and information sharing
- Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles and expand or modify systems for improved workflow
Required Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in IT and ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in configuring and implementing the ServiceNow platform, particularly for Digital Product Release
- Experience in ITSM Change Management configuration and development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based computing systems is a plus
