Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer - APM, ITOM - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing support and leadership for service development and improvement
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically with APM and ITOM implementations
- Hands-on experience with ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
- Solid understanding of CMDB and Enterprise Architecture
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major
- Experience integrating external systems to ServiceNow using REST and SOAP
