Job Summary
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical technology platforms while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to drive automation and establish reliability-focused practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of resilient cloud platforms using AWS and Kubernetes
- Define and execute reliability engineering strategies, including service level objectives and error budgets
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud transformation
- Proven success in leading large-scale cloud migrations and supporting mission-critical platforms
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, microservices, and Site Reliability Engineering principles
