Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Lead Site Reliability Engineer specializing in Active Directory, this full-time remote position will define the technical roadmap, establish a center of excellence, and oversee the design and implementation of a global identity infrastructure while mentoring teams in best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain an 'Identity-as-Code' ecosystem utilizing CI/CD pipelines for global Active Directory deployment
• Lead the design and management of a resilient identity infrastructure for both public cloud and on-premise environments
• Act as the final escalation point for complex Active Directory-related incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and resolution

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Object (GPO) Management
• Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows for infrastructure configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible
• 7+ years of experience in IT, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Identity Engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Competency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
