Job Summary
Overseeing software development projects, the full-time Lead Software Developer will provide technical guidance, architect and maintain applications, and collaborate with teams to ensure software meets user needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage software development projects from inception to completion
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while tackling complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience
- At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably on a Microsoft platform
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a DBMS, such as SQL Server
- Knowledge of networking and software-defined networking in cloud environments
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or imaging CRO setting
