Job Summary
Overseeing software development projects, the full-time Lead Software Developer will provide technical guidance, architect and maintain applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage software development projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the development process
- Architect and develop software applications, addressing complex technical challenges and improving performance and functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably on a Microsoft platform
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with a DBMS like SQL Server or similar
- Knowledge of networking and software-defined networking in cloud environments
- Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting software in large-scale production systems
