Lead Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (Lead SDET) who will provide technical leadership in test automation and quality engineering while working full-time in a collaborative Agile team to develop and maintain automated testing solutions for healthcare IT applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks
- Establish and promote automation standards and quality engineering best practices across the team
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, conducting pull request reviews and resolving automation challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- At least eight years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, and tools like Selenium and Cypress
- Experience developing automated tests for Angular applications and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
