Job Summary
Leading technical direction and team mentorship, the part-time Lead Software Engineer will provide architecture guidance, oversee debugging and defect resolution, and ensure quality standards across various client engagements in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and design/code review across active client engagements
- Lead debugging, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution for complex or escalated issues
- Mentor Associate and Senior Software Engineers, including task allocation and skill development
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack development and systems architecture
- Demonstrated experience leading or technically directing a small engineering team
- Deep hands-on experience with workflow automation and AI agent development, as well as Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong debugging and root-cause-analysis skills across full-stack, integration, and automation issues
- Experience setting technical direction and engineering standards for client-facing delivery work
