Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the design and delivery of next-generation AI platforms, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will serve as a technical leader in a remote capacity, focusing on enterprise AI initiatives, scalable architecture, and generative AI applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy and execution of enterprise AI initiatives, including agentic systems and generative AI
- Design and implement scalable, secure AI platforms and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI governance and responsible AI practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent software engineering experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in full-stack development and scalable architecture design
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages including TypeScript and Python for AI applications
- 2+ years of experience delivering LLM-based or generative AI solutions in production environments
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with agentic architectures and orchestration frameworks, such as LangGraph or LangChain
