Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day engineering of the Testimonials platform, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will manage the architecture, code quality, and production reliability while leading a small team in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end architecture and operational reliability of the Testimonials platform, including Kubernetes deployment
- Lead day-to-day delivery for the Testimonials team, collaborating with Product on roadmap and release planning
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards and integrate security practices into the development process
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with senior or lead ownership of a production SaaS product
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment and troubleshooting in production
- Proven track record of owning a codebase end to end
- Experience leading a small team and setting engineering standards
- Ability to partner with Product on technical feasibility and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
