Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of scalable APIs and user interfaces, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will deliver AI-native features for an industrial sustainability reporting platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs and accessibility-first user interfaces
- Drive the evolution of the platform into modular, event-driven, API-first components while providing technical direction
- Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment automation, and application-level operations
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in full stack software engineering with capabilities in both front-end and back-end development
- Solid experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React or similar frameworks
- Strong back-end engineering experience, ideally including GoLang or comparable programming languages
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs, services, and cloud-native applications
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and automation
