Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading configuration and customization efforts for Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Software Development Engineer will bridge business requirements and technical implementation in Dynamics 365 while managing stakeholder collaboration and developer coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and configure business processes in Dynamics 365 to support M&A activities
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and communicate technical capabilities to stakeholders
- Execute hands-on configuration, manage integrations, and support custom development efforts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
- 3+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or system consolidation initiatives
- Proven expertise in configuring Sales, Service, or Finance & Operations modules within Dynamics 365
- Strong background in data migration and integration between systems
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
