Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
To advance software development practices, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design, build, and operate internal platforms and tools remotely, focusing on CI/CD, automation, and enhancing developer experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain internal platforms and tooling that support CI/CD and software delivery
- Drive the product life cycle of the development platform, including deployment strategies and productivity tooling
- Mentor engineers on architecture, coding standards, and DevOps practices while improving developer workflows and platform usability
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years as a full-stack software engineer delivering large-scale, distributed web applications
- Proven ability to design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and CI/CD concepts
- Strong experience with AWS and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Practical expertise in infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform
