Job Summary
Combining hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design and operate web applications, backend services, and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate accessible web applications and backend services, ensuring they meet engineering standards and acceptance criteria
- Guide architecture decisions and coordinate dependencies with other squads to maintain the coherence and security of solutions
- Lead code and design reviews, improve automated testing, and partner with DevSecOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and operational readiness
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership
- Strong full-stack capability with expertise in modern frontend and backend development
- Practical experience designing and operating cloud-based, distributed applications
- Strong understanding of architecture, API design, security, and observability
- Experience with Agile product teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
