Combining hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design and operate web applications and backend services while guiding a product squad in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate accessible web applications, backend services, APIs, and data-access components
- Guide architecture decisions to ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of the squad's solutions
- Facilitate delivery decisions and coordinate dependencies with other squads and technical functions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership
- Strong full-stack capability, particularly in modern frontend and backend development
- Practical experience designing and operating cloud-based, distributed applications
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD delivery practices
- Professional fluency in English and experience working in Agile product teams
