Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer for a remote opportunity focused on delivering technology solutions for CIAM and Fraud within Commercial and Personal Banking Digital Platforms, responsible for providing technical guidance, application support, and overseeing distributed development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications and services using Java and Spring frameworks
- Implement secure software development practices and safeguard sensitive customer information
- Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership across projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in software application development
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Gitlab, or similar code repository systems
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, including automated testing and deployment pipelines
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop sustainable solutions
