Job Summary
To drive the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications, the remote Lead Software Engineer will provide hands-on technical leadership, own application architecture, and guide development teams with a focus on full-stack development using Angular and Python.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-stack application development and implementation using Angular and Python
- Design frontend architectures and develop backend services, including REST APIs and scalable applications
- Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Advanced experience with Angular (v20+) and Python 3.12+
- Hands-on technical leadership and application architecture ownership
- Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and REST API design
