Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the establishment of an AI Professional Services practice, the remote Lead Solutions Architect will manage the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from client brief to prototype and production, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring technical quality and commercial viability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored AI solutions, including live demos and proof-of-concepts, ensuring technical quality and readiness for production
• Assess client needs and determine optimal solution paths, providing accurate build cost estimates and participating in scoping sessions
• Document architecture patterns and establish quality standards for AI implementations, contributing to practice building and team growth

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in AI, data, or SaaS contexts
• Strong hands-on experience in building and shipping solutions, with deep fluency in AI-assisted development workflows
• Solid understanding of LLM application patterns and strong engineering judgment for production readiness
• Proven ability to estimate and scope technical build decisions, operating autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Experience presenting technical work clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
