Job Summary
Driving the design and delivery of large-scale omnichannel commerce solutions, the full-time Lead Solutions Architect will own end-to-end Order Management System (OMS) architecture, lead technical delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to clients in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, integrations, and technical roadmap for OMS solutions, translating business requirements into scalable systems
- Design and optimize processes for order orchestration, inventory visibility, and fulfillment across various channels
- Provide architectural leadership throughout the software development lifecycle and mentor engineering teams on best practices
Required qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise application development and solution delivery
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS or comparable enterprise OMS platforms
- 5+ years of architecture leadership experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs
- Proven success in leading at least two enterprise OMS implementations through production launch
- Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, integrations, and distributed systems
