Lead Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Solutions Engineer will design, build, and maintain healthcare data pipelines and AI workflows, collaborating with clinical and technical teams to enhance operational efficiency and data usability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain healthcare data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Azure data services
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to develop AI workflows that support clinical operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and data governance
- Implement validation and monitoring controls for AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data environments, including provider and value-based care
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development and Python for data engineering and automation
- Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and AI-enabled solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, PHI handling, and secure data engineering practices
