Lead Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end procurement activities for steam blade components, the full-time remote Lead Sourcing Specialist will drive supplier performance, support sourcing strategies, and ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met while acting as the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Place and follow up on purchase orders for steam blade components, ensuring timely execution
• Own and manage the project schedule process, coordinating with suppliers to align with demand and inventory plans
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and lead corrective actions to improve overall supply chain performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Relevant experience in Project Management, managing internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• SAP or similar ERP experience in a procurement environment
• Fluent in English; Polish is a plus
