Lead Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Leading fulfillment strategy for Installation Parts Requests across the Americas, the full-time remote Lead Sourcing Specialist will manage supplier relationships, expedite materials, and support project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming Installation Parts Requests (IPRs) and assign work to appropriate Sourcing Specialists
• Act as the main contact for internal customers and installation sites, managing escalations and customer meetings
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance fulfillment results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the U.S.; equivalent experience for roles outside the U.S
• Advanced experience in fulfillment and supplier-facing work
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
• Experience working across functions such as sourcing, logistics, engineering, or project management
• Knowledge of power plant operations or experience handling supplier deviations and escalations is preferred
