Lead Strategic Partner Manager

Job Summary

Managing the entire life cycle of major events, the full-time Lead Strategic Partner Manager will serve as the main point of contact among stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery and effective communication with internal teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee event management from contract signing to final closing, coordinating tasks across departments
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product and engineering teams to prioritize requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to assist the user support team with potential user incidents

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting, with a preference for candidates without an events background
• Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Familiarity with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is advantageous
