Job Summary
Leading the Corporate IT team, the full-time remote Lead System Administrator will manage the planning, design, and operations of the organization's global IT systems infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and compliance across various cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, installation, and administration of critical systems, including Active Directory and Microsoft M365
- Develop and implement policies for system provisioning, uptime, and regulatory compliance
- Manage a global team of System Administrators, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in a team lead role
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and extensive PowerShell experience
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and NIST 800
- Proven experience in managing IT M&A activities and operating in DoD IT environments
