Job Summary
To support investment data initiatives, the contract Lead Systems Analyst will analyze business needs, define system and data solutions, and guide delivery across master data management environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for MDM and related investment-data capabilities
- Analyze processes, data flows, and integration points to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Partner with developers and stakeholders throughout the build, QA, UAT, and release processes to ensure successful implementation
Required qualifications
- Lead-level experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst supporting enterprise data platforms
- Experience in investment management, including MDM solution design and data governance
- Hands-on experience with MDM, reference-data, or data-governance platforms such as Informatica MDM or Markit EDM
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, data modeling, SQL, and stakeholder management
- Ability to clearly explain technical topics and convert business needs into actionable tasks
