Lead Systems Engineer, Identity & Authentication
Job Summary
Leading efforts in the design and maintenance of network hardware and software technology components, the full-time Lead Systems Engineer, Identity & Authentication will work remotely to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support production service requests while implementing complex identity and access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend significant changes for network hardware and software to avoid incidents
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis for high complexity issues
- Develop and maintain tools for managing hardware and software technology components
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Advanced experience with Active Directory services and hybrid identity management
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation practices
- Experience with authentication technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
- Knowledge of identity security and Zero Trust principles
