Key responsibilities
- Map talent trends in AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, and Automation while building relationships with academic and industry communities
- Design and implement hiring strategies for high-visibility roles, maintaining a strong pipeline of specialized candidates
- Advise senior leaders on market insights, talent strategy, and compensation while mentoring other recruiters
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on specialized technical talent
- 3+ years of experience recruiting engineers or PhD-level talent in AI, software, or robotics
- Hands-on experience with recruiting technology and analytics tools, including ATS and AI-enabled tools
- Advanced skills in sourcing passive candidates and talent analytics
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and negotiate offers
