Lead Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor for Dell, the full-time remote Lead Technical Consultant will leverage deep expertise in the Sprinklr platform to maximize business value, drive adoption of capabilities, and translate business objectives into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Dell stakeholders while conducting regular consultation sessions to align on strategic initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert on Sprinklr products, providing technical validation and guidance to customer stakeholders
• Design and implement reporting solutions based on business outcomes, driving adoption of efficient practices and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, customer success, managed services, or technical account management
• 5+ years of direct experience with Sprinklr or comparable enterprise CX platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in social listening, reporting & analytics, API integrations, and workflow automation
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills with proven success influencing stakeholders across technical and business audiences
