Lead Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product strategy and technical feature execution, the full-time Lead Technical Product Manager will manage backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UHC HEDIS Retrospective and Prospective projects in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute technical product features, user stories, and multi-quarter release roadmaps for quality platform solutions
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily agile ceremonies with engineering and architecture teams
- Establish and monitor product performance metrics (KPIs) to track platform adoption and feature reliability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent product or business operations experience
- 6+ years of experience in technical product management or related fields
- 4+ years of experience defining technical product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs in an Agile/Scrum environment
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to drive product strategy
- Experience with HEDIS specifications and NCQA requirements
