Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of complex, cross-team programs, the full-time Lead Technical Program Manager will manage engineering requests from Tier 1 clients, oversee operating rhythms, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering requests from Tier 1 clients, ensuring clear requirements and realistic commitments
- Design and run the operating cadence for product and engineering teams while facilitating decision-making processes
- Oversee workback plans and dependency maps for complex programs, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in AI/ML or platform infrastructure
- Proven track record of independently managing complex programs with multi-team dependencies
- Experience in engineering delivery for enterprise clients, including managing requests and setting commitments
- Genuine technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture and integration design
- Experience mentoring junior program managers and developing templates and processes for the TPM function
