Leading the execution of a strategically important portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, the full-time Lead Technical Program Manager will drive alignment across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to enhance execution processes and enable successful commercialization, with consideration for remote candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs, focusing on prioritization, execution, KPI visibility, and risk management

  • Improve NPI processes and governance to enhance execution speed and organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in leading new product development or technical programs in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, particularly in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP)
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex NPI programs from concept through commercialization
  • Advanced program and portfolio management skills, with PMP certification preferred
