Job Summary
As the Lead Technical Recruiter, this full-time remote position will develop and execute strategic recruiting plans, partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top technical talent.

- Source and attract high-quality technical candidates through various methods

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including sourcing for engineering and/or IT roles
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean logic and familiarity with platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn
- Proficient in ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and iCIMS
