Lead Test Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Lead Test Engineer will develop and maintain testing strategies, manage testing operations, and lead a blended team of onshore and offshore professionals in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain overall testing strategies, standards, and methodologies for various projects
- Lead all phases of testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Manage a team of testing professionals, providing coaching and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing testing teams
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools, preferably ALM
