Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX/UI team in developing features that create exceptional player-focused experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
- Manage and develop UI/UX staff, set examples and guidelines, and collaborate with other teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related area
- 6+ years of experience in game development, specializing in UX
- Experience on 3+ different game titles
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
- Expertise in UI design, UX design, and UX research
