Lead UX Designer
Job Summary
To shape strategic direction for a major initiative, the full-time Lead UX Designer will design complex, multi-step workflows for insurance agents, ensuring seamless user experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Defines UX strategies and frameworks for multi-team initiatives, aligning scope and success metrics
- Shapes research agendas to drive design decisions and integrates data from multiple sources
- Oversees design delivery and implementation planning across product teams, ensuring design fidelity and usability validation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX/product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline, or equivalent senior experience

- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership across complex, shipped digital products
- Expert-level skills in design and collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)
