Job Summary
To enhance quality performance within ACO programs, the full-time Lead, Value-Based Care Programs will manage quality reporting processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with CMS standards in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees MSSP Quality Reporting, ensuring compliance and timely deliverables
- Utilizes data analytics to monitor quality outcomes and identify performance trends
- Provides training and support to enhance provider engagement in quality performance initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or managed care focusing on medical operations and quality improvement
- Preferred certifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Project Management Program (PMP)
- Experience with ACO quality reporting and electronic health record (EHR) systems strongly preferred
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or public health is preferred
