Lead Vendor Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical contact for third-party vendors, the full-time Lead Vendor Solution Consultant will guide integrations with Applied's products from onboarding through certification and ongoing support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships throughout the Certified Vendor Integration Program, ensuring successful onboarding and certification
- Translate vendor requirements into functional and technical specifications for integration designs
- Conduct in-depth reviews of vendor integrations to ensure compliance with technical, security, and audit standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in implementing business or technical solutions, specifically with cloud integrations
- Direct experience working with software vendors to build and support integrations, plus 3+ years in project management
- Hands-on experience with APIs and cloud platforms, along with proficiency in SQL, Java, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong background in data integration and understanding of audit practices and SOC controls
