Lead Vendor Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical contact for third-party vendors, the full-time Lead Vendor Solution Consultant will guide integrations with Applied's products from onboarding through certification and ongoing support in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring clear functional and technical requirements are established for integrations
• Guide vendors through the design, development, and testing phases, resolving any integration issues that arise
• Conduct in-depth reviews of vendor integrations to ensure compliance with certification, technical, and security requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience (minimum 8 years)
• 7+ years of experience in implementing business or technical solutions, particularly with cloud integrations
• Experience working directly with software vendors to scope and support integrations, with at least 3 years in project management
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with APIs and cloud platforms, including SQL and REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong background in data integration and understanding of audit practices and SOC controls
