Lead Vendor Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical contact for third-party vendors, the full-time Lead Vendor Solutions Consultant will guide integrations from onboarding through certification and ongoing support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Certified Vendor Integration Program, overseeing vendor onboarding, certification, and annual recertification
- Translate vendor requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, guiding them through design, development, and testing phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations meet technical, security, and audit requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience implementing business or technical solutions, including cloud integrations
- Experience working with software vendors or technology partners in integration projects, with 3+ years in project management roles
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, Java, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong background in data integration and understanding of audit practices and SOC controls
