Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling creative team, the fully remote Lead Video Designer will lead and develop video editors and designers, establish high creative standards, and build effective frameworks and workflows to enhance the quality and speed of creative output.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of video editors and designers, ensuring a consistently high creative standard
- Train team members to create effective ads and design assets aligned with Direct Response principles
- Build and implement repeatable frameworks and workflows to streamline the creative production process
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience in Direct Response creative and video production
- Proven leadership skills in managing creative teams
- Ability to create and implement effective training and development programs
- Experience in building creative systems and workflows
- Commitment to a rigorous work schedule, including 6 days a week and 10 hours a day
