Lead Web Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design and development of public-facing websites, the full-time Lead Web Designer & Developer will create responsive, accessible web experiences in Webflow while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance YipitData's brand and support growth initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design and development of YipitData's public-facing websites, ensuring high-quality user experiences
- Create and maintain a scalable website design system, improving consistency and speed across web properties
- Collaborate with various teams to support SEO, conversion optimization, and ensure alignment with brand standards
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building marketing or corporate websites, with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS architecture and responsive design
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with information architecture, accessibility standards, and website performance
- Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
