Lead Workday Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the client's primary advisor, the remote Lead Workday Consultant will manage day-to-day consulting, configuration support, and operational guidance during the transition from implementation to stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal Workday point of contact and lead consultant for the client
• Oversee issue assessment, configuration support, and work prioritization for Workday operations
• Provide strategic guidance on enhancements, operational planning, and support for payroll-related rule changes across multiple countries

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM consulting experience, including implementation and post-go-live support
• Demonstrated ability to function as a client-facing lead consultant with minimal oversight
• Experience with core Workday modules and multi-country payroll exposure
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills
• Ability to coordinate a distributed delivery team across different regions as needed
