Leadership and Planned Giving Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the operational excellence of the Leadership and Planned Giving team, the remote Leadership and Planned Giving Specialist will manage gift programs, estate management, and donor stewardship while collaborating with various departments to maximize benefactor outreach and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planned gift marketing, matured estate management, and stewardship of Legacy Society benefactors
- Coordinate with Leadership Gift Officers and Finance to ensure effective donor engagement and financial tracking
- Develop and implement gift programs to attract and retain leadership and planned gift benefactors
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of prior work experience in a detail-oriented setting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools, including CoPilot, preferred
- Planned giving experience, especially with matured estates, preferred
