Leadership Development Manager

Job Summary

Curating and managing leadership development programs, the full-time Field Leadership Development & Enablement Manager will create resources for Market Directors and Market Developers, translating enterprise strategy into practical tools and learning experiences while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and continuously improve leadership development content, including playbooks and coaching tools
• Translate business priorities into practical development resources and learning experiences for field leaders
• Manage planning and execution of leadership development programs, ensuring effective communication and resource management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5-7 years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or related fields
• Strong writing and instructional design skills with experience creating learning materials
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear development solutions
