Lean Six Sigma Business Partner

Job Summary

Driving process excellence in a full-time remote capacity, the Continuous Improvement Business Partner will manage strategic initiatives, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Analyze current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions, defining project scope and success metrics
• Promote awareness and adoption of continuous improvement methodologies while supporting training and coaching for employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field
• Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or project management
• Strong project management experience, including business case development and implementation planning
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
