LeanIX Governance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the continued development of Enterprise Architecture and technology governance capabilities, the remote LeanIX Governance Analyst will manage LeanIX administration, improve data quality, and create executive-level documentation while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LeanIX fact sheets, governance structures, and data quality across technology portfolios
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architects and technology teams to validate and maintain portfolio information and support governance processes
• Draft and produce clear, concise documentation for technology and architecture review decisions and governance records

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, or Technology Portfolio Management
• Hands-on experience with LeanIX administration in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of architecture repositories and governance processes
• Exceptional technical writing skills with experience in developing governance documentation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
