Learner Services Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding and supporting students in their educational journey, the full-time remote Learner Services Advisor will provide academic planning, address non-academic inquiries, and collaborate on retention strategies to enhance learner success in the allied health industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and support to learners regarding course navigation and expectations
• Engage with students as a primary point of contact for non-academic inquiries via various communication methods
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop retention initiatives and identify at-risk learners to improve their academic success

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or hospitality roles preferred
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate required technology effectively
• Fluency in verbal and written English for professional communication
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
