Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven Learning Measurement & Analytics Lead, this full-time remote position will develop and execute the organization's learning measurement strategy, ensuring programs are evaluated based on measurable business outcomes and demonstrating the value of learning investments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the learning measurement and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement evaluation methodologies to measure behavior change and business impact
- Conduct advanced analyses and translate complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Experience in Learning Analytics, People Analytics, or a measurement-intensive Learning & Development role
- Strong expertise in learning measurement methodologies, including Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 and Phillips ROI
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as SPSS, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience building analytics infrastructure and automated reporting solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex analyses to executive-level audiences
